East Fork X Spoonflower Design Competition
In spring 2023, I won a design competition hosted by Spoonflower and East Fork, for the latter’s seasonal ceramic glaze colors. My interview for Spoonflower blog feature can be found here.
My piece “Piglets In the Flower Field” was inspired by the names of East Fork’s spring glazes, Butter and Piglet. I created a litter of piglets playing in a field of buttercups and daisies.
Spoonflower Small Business Grant
In fall 2023, I won a Spoonflower Small Business Grant, which support handmade business owners, for my business Taneko Says Hello. Grant winners and runners up can be found here.
This grant helped me expand my business’ new tote bag collection, featuring custom printed fabric printed with my surface pattern designs.
